How is a hose clamp tested?

At Tridon we take the quality of our products very serious. To test a product before sending it to you we take three testing steps.

1. Tightening torque on a substitute.
2. Clamp test on the test bench to test various elements such as size, dimensions and shape.
3. Sector 8 measurements.

These three tests tell whether the clamps meet our quality requirements. Other tests we do in our lab are tensile strength tests, material hardness, Alloy analyses, salt spray corrosion testing
